One-time service
means the service that the user of the machine UPS/Stabilizer call for service with CHUPHOTIC when CHUPHOTIC product is broken from time to time. For this kind of service, CHUPHOTIC must check to evaluate the equipment price and service fee for every repair.
There are 2 types of one-time services:
It is a service that CHUPHOTIC repairs products in CHUPHOTIC's office. The service is for small machine that weighs not more than 50 kilograms, such as Line Interactive 500-3000 VA or True on line 500-1000 VA, etc.

Bangkok and surrounding provinces/Special service area (Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom, Ayutthaya)
CHUPHOTIC has pick-up and delivery service free of charge.
For other provinces, Customers must deliver CHUPHOTIC products by private transport companies or other delivery method to CHUPHOTIC office.

It is a service that CHUPHOTIC sends a team of engineers to provide services to users of CHUPHOTIC products at the place where the machine is installed. The service is for large machine with heavy weight and not easy to move.
Nationwide Service Area
CHUPHOTIC will evaluate the list of damaged equipment over the phone to offer the price before proceeding.
If CHUPHOTIC is unable to assess the price and needs to check the machine, CHUPHOTIC will offer a price for checking the machine at the event.

Repair pattern
- Spot repair is a repair only for defects within the UPS or stabilizer, such as repairing the main board or other devices within the machine. The warranty will be provided for the same spots or same symptoms for 3 months - 1 year.
- The Swop Main Board is a repair that uses the method of replacing the main board (in case the main board is damaged). CHUPHOTIC will replace the main board set that has tested the complete function to the customer. The warranty will be provided for main board for 3 months - 1 year.
- Battery replacement repair is to replace the battery when the battery expires. CHUPHOTIC will check the charger system and adjust both the voltage and current to be suitable for the new battery that is replaced. The battery quality warranty will be provided for 1-2 years.
- Overhaul repairis the most complete repair of the machine. Foe this type of repair, CHUPHOTIC will replace the damaged and long-term risk equipment, as well as checking the operation system of the machine to be in a comparable condition to the new machine. Warranty: 1 full year warranty on all types of spare parts.

Annual service or Maintenance Service Agreement (MA)
Refers to care and maintenance services, such as uninterruptible power supplies and voltage regulator, to be in a ready-to-use condition at all times. In addition, the MA service also includes advising users on how to use various devices correctly and safely from various risk factors that may cause problems. It also includes installation advice, purchasing new equipment to be suitable for use within the organization.

There are 4 types of annual services.
It is a UPS / Stabilizer warranty, only for service fee for preventive maintenance 4 times, excluding all kinds of spare parts and additional services.
It is a UPS / Stabilizer warranty, only for all kinds of spare parts (except battery) which does not have inspection and preventive maintenance. In case the UPS/Stabilizer is defective, CHUPHOTIC will send staff to perform corrective maintenance without labor charge and additional service charges.

Warranty conditions
Uninterruptible Power Supply and Voltage Stabilizer that requires annual service (MA) with CHUPHOTIC. The UPS/Stabilizer must be in normal working condition. In the event that the machine is defective, the service recipient must repair UPS/Stabilizer to be in normal working condition. Therefore, before providing warranty to the machine, CHUPHOTIC will perform a condition check of the machine before selling the annual service (MA) to customers.
